I'm April Brandt, a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in private training for high-achieving professionals who value structure, discretion and meaningful results. At 42, I understand firsthand what it takes to stay strong, lean and disciplined while managing a full life. I believe fitness should be intelligent, efficient and sustainable- not extreme or trend-driven. My approach blends thoughtful programming with accountability to help you build a body that feels powerful, capable and confident for the long term.

My Mission
To redefine strength training for driven individuals who want to age powerfully, live fully and perform at their highest level - without sacrificing their health in the process.

A foundation built on experience
With over two decades in the fitness industry, my work is built on depth, precision and proven leadership.
For ten years, I owned and operated a successful boutique fitness studio in New York, serving clients from both New York City and the Hamptons. That experience refined my standards for discretion, structure and measurable results.
In 2019 I sold the studio and relocated to Charleston - an intentional shift toward balance, while continuing to work privately with high-achieving, result-driven individuals.
My approach blends functional performance with discipline, focused gym training - always tailored. Because no two bodies, lifestyles or goals are the same.
